• Member contact information is only accessible once GLYC members have logged into their personal online account.

• Member payment information is collected for membership annual dues payments and if a member chooses to purchase event tickets for club sanctioned events.

• Member contact and payment information is shared with Cindy Southway (the accounting partner for GLYC) for the processing of annual dues payments and GLYC events.

• To opt out of maintaining an online account, GLYC members can contact the Treasurer at bernie.dvorak@comcast.net.

• Payment information is secured by end‑to‑end encryption, tokenization and PCI Level 1 compliance by 8am Affinipay.
